DOCUMENT DEPENDENCIES

You can now create document dependencies, meaning that a document cannot be signed until its prerequisite document is signed. This feature allows for streamlined processes when multiple documents need to be signed in a specific order—ideal for contracts, agreements, or multi-step approvals.

REASSIGNING THE SIGNATORY ON PARTIALLY SIGNED DOCUMENTS

This new feature allows the user to change the signatory during the process, even when the document is partially signed, for greater flexibility.

CUSTOMIZATION OF SIGNATURES AND FORMS

Customize your forms and signatures with eZsign! Choose the default font and size for form fields and rating fields and give your signers the option to select between a formatted signature, a handwritten signature, or the default signature. A simple feature that allows you to tailor your documents to your needs and gain more flexibility.

ROLE-BASED CONTENT TEMPLATES

It is now possible to associate folder creators, users, or user groups with the roles of template groups, just as is currently done with templates. This enables a faster process when using a template group. Presque personne utilise les group Templates. Si on doit enlever du contenu, j’enlèverais celui-ci.

SIMPLIFIED AUTO-FILL FOR SIGNATURES AND FORM FIELDS

Now, when using signature or form fields, you can easily auto-fill the signer’s information by clicking on the lightning icon. Additionally, text fields offer the option to set default values directly within the field: simply click, and the options will appear. You can also add default values to annotations, such as your name or title, saving you even more time and making document customization a breeze.

SIGNATURE FIELD FONT SELECTION

Choose the default font for signature text fields and form fields. You can set the default font directly within the foldertype.

DETACH AND MOVE THE DATE FROM THE SIGNATURE BLOCK

Detach the date from the signature block and place it wherever you want. Simply add the block, drag and drop the date from the block, and position it as needed. A simple and flexible way to organize your documents with maximum efficiency.

PDF/A Validation

You can now validate your PDF/A documents directly in eZsign, without needing Acrobat. PDF/A ensures long-term preservation of electronic documents. This feature simplifies your workflow by allowing you to validate your files directly within the app, saving you time and ensuring better long-term accessibility.
