Public Templates

Favourite Templates Setting

Optimize your productivity by tagging your most frequently used templates as “favorites“.This way, you can streamline the creation of your documents, as the system will automatically suggest these templates each time you create a new file.

Delegation of Signature

It’s the perfect time to use those well-deserved vacation days. With eZsign’s new delegation feature, you can effortlessly hand over your signing responsibilities to a trusted colleague. Enjoy your time off with complete peace of mind!

Colleagues Access Management

Grant a colleague access to all your folders so they can view, manage, and create new ones. Whether to receive assistance during your absence or to simplify daily collaboration with your assistant, this option is particularly useful.

Custom Reminder Settings in Folders

You now have complete control over the frequency of your follow-ups. Utilize the option to set the exact timing for the first reminder, as well as subsequent reminders if your signatory has not yet completed the document.

Model Recognition – File Name

Automatically associate a document with a template using eZsign’s ‘File Name Recognition‘. This way, when creating a folder, you can easily add files without having to select an additional option.

Model Recognition - Content

Whether you’re communicating with all signatories at once or sending a private message, content templates are pre-written messages that streamline your communication process.

Consultation Field

Do you want to make sure that your document has been reviewed by someone whose signature is not required? We now offer the option to add a consultation field in addition to the signature fields. This step must be completed before the document is considered finalized in your file.

Signer Groups

Assign a signature field or form to an entire group rather than to an individual signatory. This feature is ideal when the signing or completion of a document can be handled by any member of the group, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in your processes.

Dropdown Menu

Allow the signatory to easily choose from predefined options via a dropdown menu. Make this field mandatory to ensure a selection before signing, and display a default option for an even smoother experience.
